Admin Assistant (Maternity Cover 1 year)
Due to growth our client, a market leader in the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services wish to appoint a Administrative Assistant to their expanding team.
Although this role is Maternity Cover for 1 year there is an opportunity for full time, permanent employment.
Key ResponibilitiesBooking all company travel requirements.Meet and greet clients and visitors.Provide administrative support to engineers and managers.Maintain company registers for manuals and drawings.General correspondence, including preparation of letters and daily post.Preparation of sales invoices and monthly claims.Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
