Telephone Switchboard Operator
Due to growth our client, a market leader in the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services wish to appoint a Telephone Switchboard Assistant to their expanding team.
Although the role is primarily answering calls & diverting them to the correct departments, in the quieter times you will be required to carry general administrative duties.
Key ResponibilitiesMeet and greet clients and visitors.Provide administrative support to engineers and managers.Maintain company registers for manuals and drawings.General correspondence, including preparation of letters and daily post.Preparation of sales invoices and monthly claims.Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Hours of work -Monday - Thursday (8.30am until 5pm) Friday (8.30am until 1pm)A salary of £15-£16k is on offer for the right candidate.
